The cost covers your RETURN postage.
(this does require that you have purchased a Breathe Bracelet from me previously and it is this bracelet will will get the refurb)
If you have lost any stones, refurb will include TWO new stones.
More than two stones are not covered and a replacement bracelet would need to be purchased.
After your purchase, I will send you my postal address… you, then RETURN your stones etc to me (at your cost, with (very NB!) a proof of postage) within 1 working day.
I will let you know as soon as I receive it...
I will re-thread the stones and re-do your slip knot within 2 working days and return it to you with the postage you have purchased here.
Being without your bracelet can be strange but I promise to get it back to you as soon as I can.
I will also send you a postage receipt so that you know it is on its way.
