The BREATHE Self-Care Checklist

A Self-Care checklist is a good way to get back on track with self-care and being mindful about YOUR needs.

We tend to take care of everyone around us and leave no time to look after and nurture ourselves.

There are a LOT of self-care methods and lists out there.  This one i designed for myself, using the things that I feel I NEED to take care of ME.
