Dealing with MY OWN Anxiety

An anxious time has been had of late, completely triggered by a dog attack on my dog Bear.  Bear is fine, he was not hurt besides a little bite on his one ear and a bloody lip.  His ego was fine... I however was totally affected by it and with my history of 'dog anxiety', it definitely did not help.

I finally feel like I am on the other side of that.

I have had time away, in Greece, which I really did need, and I have managed to get back into doing things for me… for myself!

I think, as a full-time working Mom and wife I forget to take care of myself. I get SO BUSY with stuff going on around me.

So, what would I tell you?  LOOK AFTER YOURSELF or you cannot possibly be there for the people who need you.

We need each other.  So, I have been doing just that and life is feeling more manageable and less stressful.

Here are a few of the basic things I really try to do every day to help me.
